A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2018, at 11 a.m., at the Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Rev. Ray McKay and Rev. Curtis Hammond will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Billy Raymond Haney; and parents, Hetha Lee and Zelion Cagle.
She is survived by her husband, James D. Sims; children, Connie White (Jeff), Devin Haney, Elaina H Shelton (Zach), and Joshua Haney (Angela); 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, David Cagle (Cindy Robbins) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
