Joanne Owen Black, 76, of Jasper, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Ridgewood Health Care. The family will receive friends today, June 11, 2014, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be today, June 11, 2014, at 7 p.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel with Michael Jackson and Waymon Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Black was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Kenneth Black; parents, Paul and Loyal Farley Owen; and sister, Linda Madison. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Jones of Jasper and Lynne Black and her husband, Joey Myers, of Jasper; grandchildren, Lynnette Hill and Dana Redmill; and great-grandchildren, Candace Redmill, Cody Redmill, Jonathan Black and Justin White.
