

There will be an informal memorial service and get-together for family and friends to celebrate his life at Twilley Town Church of God of Prophecy (419 Twilley Loop, Quinton, AL), Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. A light lunch will be provided. Bring photos, memories and stories to share.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clouse Hebert, Sr, Alma Viator and step-father Paul Viator; sister, Mary Lou Labit; and daughter, Melissa Hebert.
He is survived by his wife since 1982, Patricia Ann Englebert Hebert; children, Don Hebert, Rachel Hebert, Jude Hebert, T-Joe Hebert (Christy) and Kelly Hebert (Cyndi); grandchildren, Lauren, Trevor, Jacob, Kaleb, Brittney, Cole and Brinley; great grandchildren, Gracie, Parker, Connor, Mason, Maddox and Melissa; bonus children from Louisiana, Michelle Migues, Damon Migues; bonus grandchildren, Gabby Migues; bonus great grandchildren, Brodi and Damon, Jr; bonus children from Alabama, Wayne Lawley (Cheri), Alissa DeWitt (Jeremy) and Wanda Hughes (Jeff); bonus grandchildren, Hali Allen (Ethan), Wayne Lawley (Gabriella), Mattanah DeWitt, Kane Heron (Hayleigh) Micaiah DeWitt and Anna Hughes; bonus great grandchildren, John Riley, Laiker, Tegan and one great grandchild on the way; sisters, Norma Jean Hebert and Debbie Comeaux (Neal); and lastly, his little sidekick Roscoe (dog).
Originally from Louisiana, he lived the last 43 years in Quinton, Alabama. He was known as “Cajun Joe” and spent most of his career in the trucking industry. He loved working on anything mechanical, fishing, cooking Cajun food, and spending time with friends and family. He also loved to make people laugh and bring fun into every situation.
