Linda Joan Sparks

The Family will receive friends on Monday, June 10, 2024 from 11 A.M. until 12 P.M. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 12 P.M. with burial at Guthrie Cemetery.

Nana loved the Lord, her husband, her children, her grandchildren & especially her great grandchildren. She loved to cook & work in the garden. You never visited her without having a nice home cooked meal. She loved her family with everything she had and spending time with them was the highlight of each day.

She is preceded in death by, parents, William “Buddy” Thomas and Jessie Lee Mitchell; brother, William Gary Thomas; grandparents, Maude and Curtis Thomas

She is survived by her husband of 59 years Clifton Wayne Sparks; children, Michael W. Sparks, Shelley Renee Cheatham (Chris), Kimberly Joan Franklin (Darrin), grandchildren Micah Franklin (Jordan), Abby Franklin, Molly Daniel (Trey); great grandchildren, Adelyn Rose Boshell, Cooper Wayne Daniel, Ilah Grace Franklin; brothers, Barry Mitchell, and Larry Mitchell
