Rod, my heart is broken as I just found out about Luby's passing. I never met her, but I feel like I knew her. I have spoken to her by phone probably hundreds of times over the past 10+ years. I considered her a friend. 
She loved you dearly Rod. You made her laugh. She loved you for that.
Over the years I have prayed for your family many, many times. I will continue to pray for you, Cindy, and Charlie as you grieve your loss.
May God comfort you and give you peace.
