Maggie Ryan Williams Thornell, 23, of Fayette, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Visitation will be today, July 1, 2015, from 11 a.m. until noon at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be today, July 1, 2015, at noon in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper. The Rev. Dr. Stephen A. Strange and Pastor Kathy Griffith will officiate. Maggie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald and Mary Buck Williams and Pat and Hedra Guthrie. She is survived by her husband, Brett Thornell; daughter, Jacee Gray Thornell; father, Michael Williams (Amanda); mother, Kim Guthrie (Rudy Hughes); sister, Morgan King (James); and a host of family and friends. Pallbearers will be Jon Kennedy, Oliver Wright, Corey Chappell, Cole Walker, Justin Thompson, Dan Dutton, Matthew Prevost and Jon Black. Honorary pallbearers will be Sawyer Smith and Chase Williams. For memorial contributions, the family has established a college fund for Jacee at Security Federal Savings Bank, 301 3rd Avenue, Jasper, AL 35501.
