He was preceded in death by his daughter, Andrea Speer and parents, Mark John Speer and Estelle V. Jackson.
He is survived by his son, Scott Speer; daughter, Tracy Silva; grandchildren, Cameron Speer, Savanna Speer, Scotty Speer, Abigail Speer, Caleb Speer, Reyes Gabaldon, Ivey Gabaldon, Brook Silva and Skylar Silva; siblings, Pat White Waid (EJ), Dewayne Speer (Pam), Loretta Robinson (Robert) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
