Michel Griffin passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Walker Baptist Medical Center. He retired from UPS in 1998. He also served in the Air Force from 1958-1966. He was a graduate from Minor High School.
Michel was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Louise Haywood Griffin; father, Clarence Griffin; mother; Ethel Edwards; and grandchildren, Zachary Dixon and Tyler Dixon.
He is survived by his son, Michael Griffin; daughter, Connie Griffin; grandchildren, Jana Jameson, Sheri Powers, Elizabeth Griffin, and Dennis Griffin; great grandchildren, Angel Jameson, Silas Powers, Cheyenne Powers, and Imogene Johnson.
