Reynold Kenneth Lawson Sr.

December 6, 1942 –December 29, 2019

Reynold Kenneth Lawson Sr., of Cullman, passed away Dec. 29, 2019, at Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Family will be receiving friends on Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, from 1 until 2 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Service will follow at 2 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel.

Reynold was a retired Drummond Coal employee and retired from the service of his country as a US Navy Radioman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Lawson and Estelle Lawson; brother, Wayne Lawson; and his all-time favorite pet, Buster.

He is survived by his son, Ren Lawson (Sheerie); daughter, Jennifer Christian (Michael); grandchildren, Kristen McCay (Andy), Micah Lawson (Emmalee), Christa Gardner (Colton), Trevor Christian, Amberlee Christian and Gabriel Wright; great grandchildren; Evan McCay, Harper McCay, River Lawson, and Clara Gardner; girlfriend, Mary Brown; brothers, Glenn Lawson, B.J. Lawson and Donald Lawson (Ann); Sister, Lola Jean Estes (Dwight); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to your local Humane Society.
