Sandra Carole Maddox Sandra Carole Maddox, 60, of Jasper, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, at Brookwood Baptist Health Systems - Walker. Visitation will be held today, Jan. 4, 2017, from 10:30 to 11 a.m., with funeral services following at 11 a.m. at Kilgore-Green Chapel. Burial will take place at Walker Memory Gardens. Delmus Anthony will officiate. She is survived by her husband, John Maddox; brother-in-law, Julian Maddox; parents, Herb and Lonelle Boleyn; sisters, Lynn Wilbanks, Jan Watson, Joye Lawson and Lori Lovett; and brothers, Chris Boleyn and Tim Boleyn. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Boleyn.
