

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pauline Miller; his mother, Martha Miller; his father, Robert Miller; and brother-in-law, Scott Oxenrider.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Miller; children by marriage, Jacob Kilgore (Hailey), Ansley Kilgore, and Abbey Jo Kimbrell (Joseph); grandchildren, Banks Kilgore and Hayes Kimbrell, whom he loved with all his heart. He loved his two little buddies, and they loved their Papa dearly.
He is also survived by his sister, Pat Margrave (Jim), Pam Oxenrider, and Frank Miller (April), along with a host of nieces and nephews.
He was the former owner of Penn Stump Grinding, a business he enjoyed and was proud of until he retired at the beach.
Tom was a very special man who would do anything for anyone. He loved his Harleys and the beach. He will be missed by many.
He often said he was a lucky man to have loved two wonderful women—Pauline and Tina, the two best women he ever knew.
There will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
