William Craig Wooten, 58, of Irondale, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015, at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham. Visitation will be Saturday, May 9, 2015, from 10 until 11 a.m., with services following at 11 a.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home in Jasper. Gene Gamble will officiate. Interment will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Arley. Craig was preceded in death by his mother, Avolee D. Wooten; his son, William Todd Wooten; maternal grandmother, Eula Wilson; maternal grandfather, Wiley Dunn; paternal grandparents, John and Vinnie Wooten; three paternal aunts; and seven paternal uncles. Craig is survived by his father, William R. “Bill” Wooten; uncles, Roger Wilson (Ann) and Major Wooten (Jewel); two aunts, Mavis Wooten and Lolas Wooten; as well as close friends, C.J. Rubin and family, and Dorothy Cullen.
