Joseph leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Dora Navy of Baldwin, Louisiana; a son, Brandon Stevenson of Houston, Texas; five brothers, Danny Tyler of Charenton, Louisiana, Ronald (Diane) Tyler of New Iberia, Louisiana, Earl Corey Tyler of Jeanerette, Louisiana, Brad (Evette) Tyler of Sorrell, Louisiana, and Russell Tyler of Jeanerette, Louisiana; two sisters, Lisa Tyler of Jeanerette and Gloria (Alvin) Polidore of Port Arthur, Texas; one aunt, Elnora Hawkins of Charenton, Louisiana; two grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Tyler, Jr. and Anna P. Alexander Tyler; and a brother, Henry Tyler, II.
