Betty J. Funk Mox

She was born September 30, 1927 in Holbrook, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Avis Rush Funk.

Mrs. Mox was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Lippencott.

On October 11, 1952 she married Samuel F. Mox, who died October 26, 2005.

Surviving are two daughters, Betty Overly and her husband Thomas of Waynesburg, and Christina Rice and her husband James of Waynesburg; three grandchildren, Theresa Pataski, James Rice and Dennis Rice and his wife Mary; 8 great grandchildren, Samantha Shawley, Caleb Pataski, Paige Pataski, Jordyn Shawley, Tony Maack, James Richard Rice, Madeleine Mae Rice, Emma Louise Jean Rice; a great-great grandchild, Paityn Love Wilson; a sister, Patty Smitley and her husband Elmer of Waynesburg.

Deceased is a sister, Bertha Willard, and a grandson, Samuel Adamson.
