

He was born July 28, 1935 in Jefferson, a son of the late Alvin Ambrose “Pete” Silbaugh and Florence Conn Silbaugh.
Dave served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He worked at J & L Steel in Aliquippa as a steelworker/millwright. After retirement he worked as a baker at a local bakery.
Dave was a life member of the American Legion Post #580 Monaca and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #8805, Hopewell Township, and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
On May 3, 1965 he married Betty L. Greenlee, who died August 9, 2014.
Surviving are two brothers, Bill (Carol) Silbaugh of Mather, and Alvin “Booner” Silbaugh Jr. of Ohio.
Deceased are nine siblings, John “Jack”, Robert, Forrest, Barry, Ronald, Thomas, Janet, Ida, and Louella.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m., the hour of a Blessing Service in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P.
