I worked with Debi at Head Start. I remember how much the parents liked her coming to their homes to do home visits. The children related to her with smiles and giggles. Deb always made people feel loved. She organized Christmas parties each year for parents and children, and made sure that everyone had treats on the table and a gift to take home besides.
Debi went overboard with kindness to help out people. Once she volunteered to make a Birthday cake for a surprise party that I had for my Mother’s 79th Birthday. She brought a beautiful cake to the restaurant in Connellsville and even brought a card. We all appreciated the delicious cake.
Debi was friendly, funny and kind to everyone. She will surely be missed.

I was so shocked to learn of Debbie's passing. I met her and her mom several years ago when I was doing House of Lloyd/Christmas Around the World parties. Debbie was one of those people who always leaves a lasting impression on those she meets. She was always smiling, happy, full of fun, loving life. She was sweet, kind and loving --- and she was a friend. God speed Debbie, fly high with the angels.

My deepest sympathies to Debi's family. I had the privilege of getting to know Debi through work. She was a very caring and giving person and this was shown to everyone that she knew. Her life's testament will continue through the many lives that she touched. May those wonderful memories comfort you now and in the days ahead.
