He was born August 28, 1951 in Waynesburg, a son of the late Donald Richard Thomas Sr. and Dorothy Pester Thomas Rush.
Don was a self-employed carpenter most of his life around Greene County.
Surviving are three sons, David Thomas, Michael Thomas, and Lonnie Thomas; 10 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeremy, Justin, Laben, Dylan, Deanna, David, Garret, Christian, and Lexus; seven great grandchildren, Theo, Allie Mae, Westyn, Korbyn, Kya, Quinten, and Elliot; four siblings, Jim Rush, Lori Bedilion, Joni Garett, and Becky Rush.
Deceased are two sisters, Gail Tennant and Sharon Ankrom.
