Doris was a sweet , sweet lady . I had the honor of caring for her during the last few months , she loved her family very much and sharing stories and photos. May she Rest In Peace

Merry and I missed the service on Friday - we were cleaning up yards - our own and our neighbors from a bad ice storm. I think Doris would have approved. She was always a no nonsense kind of a woman. Told you what she thought. And from what Cheri and Jeremy have shared she made it pretty clear that she was ready to move on. This life - though filled with so many that she loved deeply - had ceased having a lot to offer her. And her trust and confidence in Christ that she lived daily - she didn't just talk about it - was real and eternity altering and she was ready for the next part of that journey to get started. God bless you, Doris, for a life well lived.

Thoughts and prayers to all Aunt Dory's family. We're so sad to hear about Aunt Dory's passing. When growing up in Cleveland I remember how excited everyone would be when Uncle Charlie and Aunt Dory were coming to visit. It was always a "BIG" deal and a guaranteed party.

Peace be with you.
