She was born July 14, 1951, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Veres Utterback.
Dorothy was a 1969 graduate of Beth-Center High School.
She worked as the hospitality manager at several country clubs.
On September 28, 1974, she married Richard “Rick” Mason, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Ryan Mason and Joshua Mason; a sister, Gerri (Timothy) Filbey of Waynesburg.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm with Pastor Paul Valo, officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson.
