She was born August 26, 1942, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Russell and Vera Hoke Martin.
Edna was a 1963 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School.
She had worked as a clerk in a Foodland in Beaver and the Giant Eagle in Rices Landing.
Surviving are four children, Diana Lou (Glen) Strosnider of Mt. Morris, Leanna Toland of Waynesburg, George Russell Toland of Mt. Morris, and Charles Artie (Charlene) Toland of Greensboro; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Dawn Lisa Orndoff, and two sisters, Shirley Seese and Jenny Toland.
