You have my deepest sympathy. Such a dear sweet little boy. I would see pictures that Michelle would post on Facebook as he was growing up, so precious. Prayers go out to your family.

To the Basilone family: I do not know your family, but the loss of your little boy brought tears to my eyes. I lost my 34 yr old son this past Christmas. It doesn’t really matter how old they are—they have all the love your heart can give even before their actual birth. And that love doesn’t stop with their passing. Liam’s memories will be with you until you can hold him again. Please forgive people who don’t know what to say or may say something that sounds insensitive. I have found that those who have never suffered the loss of a child can’t possibly feel what you, and I, are feeling. This verse has brought me comfort:
Tears Are Prayers Too. They Travel to God When We Can’t Speak. Psalm 56:8

Erica, Jimmy, Niko, & Keegan I pray that god surrounds you and gives you strength during this unimaginable time! Know that you all are loved and constantly in our prayers!

Lots of love,
Shanna, Tip and Duke
