She was born September 15, 1961 in Brownsville, a daughter of the late Wallace J. Bowlen Sr. and Dorothy Peteritis Bowlen.
Ms. Bowlen was a 1979 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School and was a homemaker.
She had lived in the Crucible and Daisytown areas before moving to Clarksville.
Surviving are a son, Raymond W. Bell II and his fiancée Angela Sadler of Daisytown; two brothers, Wallace J. Bowlen Jr. and his wife Lois of Waynesburg and Daniel R. Bowlen and his wife Linda of Rices Landing; three sisters, Emma Sustersic and her husband Joe of Warren, OH, Sandy Schnable of Crucible and Susan Simmons and her husband Ray of Crucible; and her companion, with whom she had lived, Todd Smoggie.
Deceased is her husband, Raymond W. Bell, who died March 5, 2000 and a brother, William P. Bowlen.
