He was born February 28, 1957 in Waynesburg, a son of the late Frank J., Sr., and Violet M. Stimmell Hutchinson.
Mark was a 1976 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School and he enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching sports.
Surviving are his siblings, Jeannie Radomile of Van Voorhis, Frank J. “Joe” Hutchinson Jr. and his wife Judy of Mather, Bruce Hutchinson and his wife Denise of Mather, Randy P. Hutchinson and his wife Sharon of Waynesburg, Donna Jenkins of Mather and Jack M. Hutchinson and his wife Shauna of Marianna; his longtime companion, Jane Silfies, with whom he lived; and several nieces and nephews.
