She was born May 31, 1938 in Booth, WV, a daughter of the late Will Bert and Eva Kesow Marshall.
Mrs. Rinehart was a 1957 Graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School.
She had worked as a home health visiting nurse in Greene County and had lived most of her life in the Spraggs and Waynesburg areas.
On June 3, 1965 she married Robert E. Rinehart, who died August 28, 1967.
Surviving are a sister, Barbara M. Troutman of Freeport; three brothers, William Marshall of Jefferson, David W. Marshall of Madison, OH, and Victor A. Marshall of Deer Park, WA; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to her husband are a brother, Paul M. Marshall.
