She was born March 4, 1934 in Rowes Run, a daughter of the late John and Sophie Belski O'Brochta.
Nellie was a graduate of Jefferson High School and she worked as a secretary in the United States Army.
Surviving is a sister, Dottie (Robert) Dugan of Jefferson; nephews, Robert A. (Sue) Dugan of Waynesburg and Kevan (Debi) Dugan of Santa Fe, NM; great nieces, Erin (Richard) McCune of Pittsburgh, Kelli (Kellen) Haines of Waynesburg and Lauren Dugan of Canonsburg; a great-great niece, Maggie McCune.
Deceased is a brother, John O'Brochta Jr.
