

She was born September 26, 1933 in Republic, a daughter of the late John and Kunegunda Pawelczak Gacek.
Mrs. Mihealsick was a home maker and enjoying bowling.
She was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church in Charleroi and also a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and the Christian Mothers of the church.
One June 4, 1955 she married Pete Mihealsick, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Patrick (Bonnie) Mihealsick of Oak Ridge, TN, Paul Mihealsick of Dunlevy, Leonard (Alyson) Mihealsick of Madison, AL, Kathleen (Frank) Cherup of Upper St. Clair, and Cheryl (Steve) Neff of Springdale; 12 grandchildren, Briana (Jeffrey) Arrowood, Michael Mihealsick, Sarah Mihealsick, Ryan Mihealsick, Erin Mihealsick, Kevin Mihealsick, Oliver Mihealsick, Christy Mihealsick, Alexis Cherup, Frank Cherup, Zachary Cherup and Nicholas Cherup; three great grandchildren, Jackson Arrowood, Mary-Grace Arrowood, and Margaret Arrowood; two sisters, Mary Schodowski of Wayside, NJ, and Sophie Kopechessi of Queens, NY; a brother, Andrew Gacek of Waynesburg.
Deceased are eight siblings, Alexander Gacek, John Gacek Jr., Louis Gacek, Leopold Gacek, Charles Gacek, Edward Gacek, Helen Gierczak and Stanley Gacek in infancy.
Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday in The Behm Funeral Homes, Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where a blessing service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Marcellus R.C.
