He was born June 14, 1968, in Waynesburg, a son of Freda Bise Pyle of Jefferson and the late William P. Riggle Sr.
Tom was a 1986 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School.
He was a truck driver for Penn DOT and several companies.
Surviving in addition to his mother, Freda are two children, Christie Fazenbaker of Confluence and Shawn Riggle of Dallas, PA, a sister, Mary Lou (Hap) Rudolph of Jefferson.
Deceased in addition to his father are two siblings, William Paul Riggle Jr. and Ernest Grimes.
