She was born February 3, 1972 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Virgil and Nancy Piatt Simmons.
Vicki was a 1990 graduate of Waynesburg High School.
She had worked as a secretary for a retail sales store.
Surviving is a son, Jared Murray of Clarksville; a sister, Valerie (H. Scott) Gapen; and two nephews, Herschel Scott Gapen II and Michael (Kaitlin) Gapen.
