William "Bill" Marshall

William “Bill” Marshall, 82 of Jefferson, died Wednesday, October 17, 2018. He was born January 21, 1936 in Monongalia County, WV, a son of the late Will B. and Eva Kesow Marshall. Bill was a 1954 graduate of Jefferson High School and served in the United States Army. He worked as a technician for Western Union and also as the groundskeeper for the Greene County Historical Society before retirement. Surviving are three siblings, David Marshall of Mentor, OH, Victor Marshall of Deer Park, WA, and Barbara (Butch) Troutman of Freeport; two nieces, Olivia A. (Alan) Walker and Kathleen D. (Brad) Baum; a great niece, Madison R. Walker. Deceased in addition to his parents are a brother, Paul Marshall and a sister, Mary Rinehart.

William “Bill” Marshall, 82 of Jefferson, died Wednesday, October 17, 2018.
He was born January 21, 1936 in Monongalia County, WV, a son of the late Will B. and Eva Kesow Marshall.
Bill was a 1954 graduate of Jefferson High School and served in the United States Army.
He worked as a technician for Western Union and also as the groundskeeper for the Greene County Historical Society before retirement.
