Arthur Osborne, also known as Beau, was the loving husband to Kerry and the father of 5 wonderful children; Heather, Ryan, Elizabeth, Liam, and Thomas. His 10 beautiful grandchildren knew him as “Papa Beau.”
An Army and Marine Corps Veteran, Beau retired from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office after having served there for 32 years.
Beau especially loved spending time with his family. In his spare time, he had many hobbies including fishing, travel, painting, and woodworking.
Beau enriched the lives of everyone who came into contact with him.
