How many memories can I share? Being George’s little brother, I can start right at the wedding. I was 2 years old, and in the balcony of the church with my grandma Thomas. I was told by Carole that all I did was yell “George and Carole” throughout the entire ceremony. I have no recollection of this myself, just wanted to share it. My fondest memories are the memories of Christmas in Cleveland. I remember always going to George and Carole’s for the holidays. Carole was a very talented cook, and the food was always extraordinary. My favorite desert would have to be the wonderful cookies she baked. I will never forget the candy cane cookies. Though I haven’t seen her in 20 years or so, I shall love and cherish the memories I have. Thank you Carole. Ralph Dietz

I consider myself a very lucky person to have my 2nd mom be Mom Dietz. She was a great person who always had a very positive outlook on life. I and my family are better people to have had her in our lives. Mom Dietz will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Love David
