Muy triste .........., aunque valió la pena conocerle .
Dom Matos fue un ser humano cercano , recto y que fue siempre promotor del crecimiento profesional de sus colaboradores, sus sobrados conocimientos , experiencia y emprendedurismo lo convirtió en un sembrador de industrias.
Dom , UN GRA SER HUMANO . Siempre lo he tenido en mi mente como un ser humano de referencia.
La vida se trata de eso , de lograr entender que somos un regalo dado por Dios y que así cómo recibimos ese regalo tan precioso e increíble , debemos aprender en nuestra vida a COMO dar a otros de lo que ya recibimos, aprender a amar , a tolerar , aprender a enseñar cosas buenas a los demás , en resumen , a dar siempre bien y no enfocarnos en lo malo de los más... 
Dios de fortaleza a sus Familiares.
En paz descanse nuestros querido jefe, amigo y compañero DOM MATOS.

Birthday celebration with family members, excellent friend , all the times we keep him in our memories

Planning the company future ,  always doing his best efforts to develop people and improve company results.

Good memories, doing some social work to improve kids life,

When Dom and I first met, we quickly realized that we had something in common. A love for surf fishing. While he was staying in Bayshore NY, we planned a day out of fishing on the beach, where I was able to drive my 4x4 truck onto. He did not have any of his equipment so I loaned him mine, including my  Fishing Waders which were a bit big on him. None the less, he made the best of it. We found a spot that looked like it was perfect to hold fish, striped bass to be exact.  We fished that spot hard. It was windy and a bit chilly, but we were feeling lucky. All of a sudden, Dom calls out at me that he had a fish is on! I look over, and there he is with the biggest smile on his face and a bent fishing pole as he's trying to land this fish. He successfully caught a beautiful 26" striped bass. He said it had been years since he had caught one. We set the fish free, and  tried a few other spots, trading stories, and having a few laughs. Just enjoying the time together. He asked, "when could we do this again"? I said, "how about tomorrow"? He answered, "I'd really like that, but the love of my life is coming to visit me tomorrow and I have something special planned". I said, "you are a smart man choosing your wife over a day of fishing".  Anytime we saw each other after that day, we would reminisce.  He would still offer his gratitude for the experience. I am sorry we never got another opportunity to go fishing together. Rest in peace Dom!

Quienes conocimos a Dom Sabemos de su gran perdida , Dom siempre fue in gurerrero que peleaba por ser mejor cada dia y que los suyos familiares amigos fueran mejores cada dia. esta foto es de una accion que el inicio [ara darles mejores opprtunidades de vida a ninos de familias disfuncionales, como lider siempre pense en los demas y su imputu por contribuir a la sociadad. se inicio dando soporte a esta casa Hogar, en una de sus visitas observo que los ninos necesitan mejores condicones de vivienda , fomento que se construyeran habitaciones para los ninos, despues se amuebraran, despues s eles pusieran computadores para que pudieran estudiar, se sige contribuyendo con estos ninos, nunca quiso que su situacion de salud creara tristeza en los demas, su fortaleza fue transmitida a otros,  hay profundas ensenanzas de buen hijo, padre amigo, lider. etc. podria pasar dias contanto historias positivas de nuestras aventuras de 32 anos. RIP.
