Frank is survived by his wife Barbara, children Frank and wife Cheryl, Scott, Renee, Wendi and husband Jim, Kevin and wife Soloane, and grandchildren James and Jessica.
As a young man, Frank proudly served his country then continued serving others in Law Enforcement. After his career in law enforcement, Frank enjoyed spending his days playing softball.
