Weeks have gone by and I still struggle with how to put words to describe the incredible impact grandpa had on my life, the life of my wife and my kids as well. He was a man of great integrity, incredible work ethic, excellent craftsmanship, abounding love, spot on humor, choir-like singing voice, always fashionable, huggable, and all anyone could want from a grandpa. I will deeply miss hearing his voice, feeling his much accomplished hands in a hug or a handshake. And really miss his stories of life. What a life he lived! Adventure is probably understating the journey that he and Nana have behind them. Sending all the love, prayers, and with happy memories, sending thanks for having such a wonderful Grandpa. All the love - Chris, Janna, Hayden and Hannah

We were so blessed by getting to know Jim and Olwen during this past year. We will cherish the memories and friendship forever. I really enjoyed hearing about Jim's childhood, growing up in the war era, coming to America, and about his family. I will miss him. Olwen, Carol and family, I hope your memories bring you comfort during this sad time. With love and our prayers,

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn Jim's passing but we give thanks for the wonderful memories we will always treasure in our hearts. Jim was a caring, hard working, determined, wise and loving man who generously shared himself with so many. Remembering the lilt of his Scottish brogue will always bring a smile to my heart. I'm so thankful that God allowed him to be part of my life! Rest in peace dear friend
