I had the pleasure of teaching Joshua in my Television Production class at Jensen Beach High School in 2005. He was always polite and respectable, and friendly. We talked alot about fishing, and of course, surfing. I will fondly remember those conversations and other memories of Joshua. I can remember some of his funny videos he made in my class. He had the knack of adding humor to his topics.
 He was a fine man and will be missed by us all. I am glad I had the chance to know and teach him. Your family can all be proud that you raised such a wonderful son!

Words cannot express our shock and sadness over the loss of Josh.  It was always so nice to see him and hear about his surfing adventures and to sit and listen to him sing.  My fondest memory of him was when he was trying to learn Black Water by the Doobie Brothers and I sat and sang with him so that he got the chords right.  I can't sing but he sure could play.  He will be missed and please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

There are no words that we can find to express the sadness that is felt at this time. We were fortunate to have known Josh, to share our special times with him, to joke and to laugh with him, to sit and listen to music with him. It was hard for us to believe that such a young man could be so mature, and caring. Josh's vibrance and smile were so contagious, we felt young being with him. He reffered to us as Uncle & Aunt a sign of respect, coming from Josh it was something special. Yes we were fortunate to known Josh, and he will continue in our hearts forever.
