Marilyn Patricia Johnson

Marilyn Patricia (Patti) Johnson, loving mother, devoted wife, and steadfast volunteer, passed away in her sleep in the early morning hours of January 19, 2023, at Stuart Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Patti, as she was known by all, was ninety. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on January 2, 1933, she attended Trinity College in Massachusetts where she majored in French. Patti was an American Airlines stewardess for a short time until she met her husband, Neil. She was a Hospice volunteer for many years. Patti was also known as the "hugging lady", strangers and friends alike, she always greeted everyone with a hug. Patti was an avid bird watcher and learned American Sign Language later in life.

Patti was preceded in death by her husband Neil, and three of her sons, Kevin, Gregory, and Keith. She is survived by her son David, Catherine (Camie), William (Eric), and her grandson, Shaun.

A ceremonial mass will be held at St Martin De Porres Catholic church in Jensen Beach, Florida on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 10:30AM.
