Mary Ann Shehata, 76, a resident of Jensen Beach, Florida, departed this life Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Mary Ann is survived by her loving partner for over 25 years, Ed Beck; son, Peter Shehata, and his wife, Jennifer; grandsons, Joseph and Vincent Shehata; and many other loving family members and friends. Mary Ann loved life, her family and friends. Revered for her kind and accepting soul, she was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Mary Ann was also an avid reader who enjoyed traveling and all things chocolate. She will be remembered with love by many.

A funeral mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 29, at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 2555 NE Savannah Road, Jensen Beach, FL 34957. A reception to celebrate Mary Ann will follow from 12 to 4 p.m. at Aycock Funeral Home, 950 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
