Richard J Bischoff (83) of Rockford, IL passed away peacefully on April 28, 2017. He was born on April 27,1934 in Orange, New Jersey. Son of Charles and Grace (Hurley). Dick married Ann and happily shared 62 years of marriage. He graduated from Seton Hall University and retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years.
His enjoyment of golf (even though he wasn't very good) was only exceeded by the time he spent with his family especially his grandchildren, lifelong friends in Michigan and Florida, and breakfasts in Rockford.
Dick is survived by his wife Ann, brothers Charles and Jim, his sons Rick (Cheryl), Chuck (Gerson), and grandchildren Steven and Julie.
Celebration of his life to be held at Forest Hills Country Club, in the woods by the 17th hole, on May 20th at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) in his name.
