Rodney Rickard, age 83 passed away at home in Stuart, FL on January 9, 2022. He is predeceased by his parents Rosamond and Otto Rickard and two sisters Jacqueline Gatlin and Marjorie Koontz also a niece Penny Majors and a nephew Jerry Koontz.
He loved watching football his favorite team was the Tampa Bay Bucs and in baseball the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He also loved visiting casinos.
He served in the US Army from 1961 to 1967.
He is survived by three nieces Mila Dyson, Darletta Koontz, Kathy Duncan, brother-in-law James Koontz and two nephews John Gatlin, Jr and Joey Koontz along with several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
He will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana.
