I have a message for you from your friend Mary Kearns my mom that she is going to miss those mince meat tarts ,well thank God you gave me the recipe because I'm going to make them up in your honor and mail them to New Jersey .My Aunt Helen and my mother used to wait every Christmas for you to make your tarts. And every time she sleeps with one of the needlepoint pillowcases you gave her she'll say next to prayer for you in heaven. She is so happy you and the love of your life Peter are together again.

As we are best friends with Bill & Donna, we were invited to many Candreva family events. I had the pleasure of sitting and talking with Ruth
on several occasions. I will always remember these conversations , as Ruth was so interesting to speak with. She was so smart and engaging, never running out of interesting things to share. Ruth was so wonderful and pleasant, and it was obvious she was happy and she loved her family so much. She always seemed so proud as she looked around the room. At each upcoming family event that we attended, I always sought Ruth out, to pick back up on more conversations. She always was so happy. God bless her. Love, Jack & Rebecca

A memory of my Grandma I will never forget is when she came to Virginia for a week to watch me and my sister while my parents went out of town. Every morning I would blow dry my hair for school and being a mom to all boys and us being the only granddaughters she was not a fan! The dryer was too loud and she would ask me to stop! During this same week Grandma took us on an adventure driving down the wrong side of the road to get to school. I love you and miss you.
