Thelma M Collins, 84. passed quickly the morning of July 29, 2019. Born in Baltimore Maryland, Mrs. Collins had previously lived in Fort Lauderdale before locating to the Stuart area 44 years ago. She and her husband were instrumental in the building of Redeemer Lutheran School. Mrs. Collins was a member of the Alter guild at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Palm City and most recently at Redeemer Lutheran Church. She was president and member of the Women's Club of Stuart. Along with her husband, Thelma participated in the Crucio Goldcoast #12.

She is predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Neil A Collins, Son, Neil Kevin Collins and Grandson, Jonathan V. Collins. She is survived by her daughter, Terri S Steinhauer (Samuel) of Stuart, FL; daughter, Kriste K Ashley (Robert), of Fort Pierce, FL; son , Lance W Collins (Jennifer) of Port St Lucie, FL; 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of her Life will be held Saturday, August 10th at 2:00 pm, with the services held at Redeemer Lutheran Church , 2450 SE Ocean Blvd, Stuart, FL 34996. Any donations are requested to be made to Redeemer Lutheran School, Stuart, FL, (772-286-0932.)

So sad to hear of my Aunt Thelma not here with us, she was so proud of her family and all their accomplishments, loved talking
with her on the phone and will miss her so much. My beautiful
Aunt who I looked up to and my Mothers only sister. I send my love to her family and wishes for all the good memories they have
