I am so sorry to hear the news of Charlene's death and will pray for the family as they grieve for her.
Charlene was a beautiful person, always ready to help others. She was such a wonderful friend to everyone. Our husbands were classmates at the academy and our families served together throughout their Coast Guard careers.
My sincere sympathy to all the family. May God keep you In His loving care and give you His peace.
