Coyetta Reece

Coyetta Reece, age 65, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born in Wilmington, DE, a daughter of the late Benjamin Coy Clark and Helen Norris Grindstaff.

Coyetta had worked for Mapes Piano String in Elizabethton. She loved motorcycles, spending time with her grandchildren, and loving on her dogs, Bella and Bash.

She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Josh Reece and wife Julie, and David Lee Reece, Jr.; eight grandchildren, Mackenzie Reece, Jamson Reece, Keira Reece, Colby Hamm, Bentley Reece, Daizee Reece, Camden Reece, and Madison Reece; one brother, Ricky Jackson; two sisters and brother-in-law, Billie Jo Davidson and husband Rob, and Rhonda Clark; father of her children, David Lee Reece, Sr.; special friend, Cricket Button; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

The family would like to extend their thanks to all family and friends for all the thoughts, prayers, love and care that was shown.
