She was the daughter of the late Clyde and Lilly Wilhoit Williams of Washington County. Dianna lived in Johnson City her entire life residing in Carter County. She married Clifford Allen Blevins, Jr. in 1967 and they were married for 56 years. She was a devoted wife and mother to her two loving sons, a homemaker, as well as, worked at Sears Catalog and Fingerhut.
Dianna was a born-again Believer who was a member of Skyline Heights Baptist Church (presently known as Depot City Church) where she faithfully served as a teacher, mission worker, choir member, and more recently an active participant of Samaritan’s Purse - Operation Christmas Child which was her greatest passion. She was responsible for hundreds of shoeboxes packed for boys and girls all over the world so they could learn about the love of Jesus Christ. She loved the Lord with all of her heart and desired for those she met to also know and love him as she did. Her love and praise for Jesus Christ showed in everything she did. Her face glowed as she sang in the choir or anytime she talked about her Savior.
In addition to her parents, Dianna was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Cody Blevins; her brothers, Orland and Darrell Williams; her sister, Evelyn Sands.
