I want to say thank you to Carolyn Pierce and Kay Pierce Estep for showing me kindness, respect, and allowing me to stay for the funeral. I came to get a piece of mind and to try to fill the void in my heart that I have carried since I was a child. I have very small and limited memories of Jerry and it hurts to be the child/ daughter he cast away so many yrs ago. I think more of it being a loss for him instead of me bc it wasn’t like I didn’t try! However, I came to his funeral to fill a void but left with even more questions than I had before. I am very sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you Carolyn, Kay, Sherrill, Ronnie, and Carroll.
