Kathy Gail Gaddy, 50, passed during the late evening hours of Sunday (July 7, 2019) surrounded by her loving family. Kathy was born on June 13, 1969 in Johnson City, TN to Freddie Dean & Mary Nadine (Bowman) Saults.
Kathy was a devout Christian that attended Crosspoint Church where she served as a volunteer. She enjoyed traveling to the beach and spending time with her family and friends. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend; she will be greatly missed.
Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Nadine Saults; and brother, Freddie Saults, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of over 30 years, William Gaddy; daughter, Candice Gaddy; father, Freddie Saults; brother, Michael Saults & wife Toy; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends and honor Kathy’s life and legacy on Thursday (July 11, 2019) from noon to 2 pm at Monte Vista Funeral Home (1900 E. Oakland Ave Johnson City, TN 37601). Funeral services will follow in the chapel at 2 p.m. with Pastor Greg Doebler officiating.
Kathy will be laid to rest on Thursday (July 11, 2019) at 3 pm in the Garden of Peace at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Christopher Saults, Alan Saults, Gary Delph, Matt Polluck, Robbie Williams, and Aaron Rutledge.
