Phyllis Elizabeth Reynolds, age 73, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born in Georgiana, Alabama, a daughter of the late Lige Thomas Phillips, Jr. and Vena Lee Veasey Phillips.
It was her wish to be cremated and have no formal services held.
The family of Mrs. Reynolds is in the care of Monte Vista Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
