Tommie Sue Metcalf, age 60, of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Johnson City Medical Center from complications of Covid19. She was born in Washington County, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Richard Dick Ellis and Barbara Joan Pickering. She was preceded in death by her mother, one brother, Robert Lynn Blevins; and one sister, Ruby Blevins.
Tommie was a dear friend to all and loved by her family very much.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Timmy Metcalf; one daughter, April Metcalf; three sons, Timmy Lee Metcalf and wife Victoria, Michael Lynn Metcalf, and Daniel Ray Metcalf; one brother, James Ellis and wife Marsha; three sisters, Lisa Barnett and husband Jeff, Amy Brown and Michelle Tolley; ten grandchildren, Evan, Makayla, Joey, Nichole, Jordan, Hayden, Taylor, Braxton, Bryson and Brayden; two special great nieces, Taylor and Hayley; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no formal services held.
The family of Mrs. Tommie Sue Metcalf is in the care of Monte Vista Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
