Tony Lee Horne

Tony Lee Horne, age 80, of Johnson City, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Brookdale Senior Living of Johnson City, TN. Mr. Horne was born in Roanoke, Virginia, a son of the late Earnest Garfield Horne and Ella May Rakes Horne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Horne; and one son, Jason Horne.

Tony was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired as a Postal Worker with TVA.

He is survived by two daughters, RaeAnn Hoyle and husband Carnell, and Nicole Solomon and husband Travis; two sons, Shawn Horne and Jeff Horne; six grandchildren, Andrew Irwin, Tyler Newlon, Eric Horne, Logan Horne, Macey Horne and Brooke Solomon; five great grandchildren; one brother, Wayne Horne; and one sister, Janet Horne Roberts.

There will be no formal services held.
