Trula Marie Hussong, age 85, of Johnson City, TN, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, as the oldest of two children of the late Arlie Sanders and Bradys Sue Campbell Sanders. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one infant son, Michael; and one brother-in-law, Gerald Baskett.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, David Hussong; one sister, Mary Ruth “Boot” Baskett; and her special four legged baby, Spencer. Also left to remember her smiles, laughter, kindness and love are many other family members who she cherished so dearly.
If you want to look for me, find me in the evening sun or with the earliest spring daffodils. I may be waiting for you on a swing or among the flitting and fluttering butterflies. You know I will be around in one form or another.

A private celebration of life for Mrs. Hussong will be held at a later date.
